We enjoyed a couple of Star Trek motion simulators and had a snack at Quark's bar. We missed our chance to get a photo with some of the costumed characters.

We stayed on the strip with all the famous hotels like New York, New York where a replica of the Statue of Liberty resides.

The Luxor hotel has a replica of parts of King Tut's tomb. It was very educational.

Kathleen and I both enjoyed the water massage machines. You stay dry under a large plastic tarp while water massages you from above. It felt great.

The GameWorks had a 75-foot indoor rock climb. I had to give it a try. Kathleen took this great shot when I was about 15 feet into the 75-foot climb.

By the middle of the climb, I realized that the hand and forearm muscles were really getting the workout.

There was a crowd gathered who cheered me on. It was a real ego boost to be able to do this at the age of 42.

Getting to the top felt great. I rang the bell and the crowd cheered. My left hand was aching but it subsided within an hour.

The 75-foot climb down was easy. I just rappelled down using the safety ropes.

The Paris hotel has a replica of the Eiffel Tower crowded in among its other buildings.

We spent some time and gave some money to this street performer who acted like a robot and enjoyed Kathleen's company.

The buffet at the Bellagio is the best in Vegas.

Kathleen and I loved the Bellagio buffet. The desserts were amazing and everything was expertly prepared. We tried others but this is the best buffet in Vegas.
